And so when we moved and money came available from the sale of our prior home, I contacted Akeena. And from the front office to the roof to crawling around in the rafters to dealing with the "surprises" that always come up on a job like this, to dealing with PG+E and City inspectors, all of Akeena's folks did an excellent job. I've been in telecommunications since 1975, and I still find it fascinating to sit there and watch this system crank out 200 - 300 watts even when it's mad dog raining outside. And in our summer days, we're floating around between 16 and 20 KWH a day going back to PG+E. So, all I can say is, if I was doing it again tomorrow, I'd call Akeena Los Gatos again in a heartbeat and have them send someone out here to do the measuring for the system.
