Design Consultant

Job Description:
We are looking for self-motivated, experienced design consultants who can talk with residential and business prospects on the phone, meet with them to evaluate their needs, follow up with an objective and comprehensive sales proposal and close the job. You should be able to interact with the customers during their installation and ensure 100% satisfaction. You will also generate additional customer leads from referrals, business directories, personal networking and other business development activities.

Job Requirements:
• Good sales management
• Customer tracking and project management experience
• Mastery of MS Word, Excel
• An understanding of building construction techniques, roofing, electrical, HVAC and/or Photovoltaic systems is a plus
