Solar Power System Installer

Job Description:
We are seeking motivated, hard-working and reliable individuals with a genuine interest in renewable energy and excellent customer relation skills to join our solar installation team. Installation work involves mounting rooftop photovoltaic arrays, electrical wiring, and trenching for underground conduit. We work in the great outdoors so candidates must be comfortable working in all types of weather conditions. We are looking for candidates with varying levels of experience. Installation team leads should have experience installing PV on all roof types, ground mounted systems and a good understanding of the NEC codes that relate to PV installations.

Job Requirements:
• Construction, mechanical and/or electrical experience (required)
• Roofing experience (preferred)
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record (required)
• Comfortable with ladder and scaffolding work; No fear of heights (respect is good)
• Attention to detail (absolutely must have!)
• Demonstrated experience working in a team environment meeting deadlines (required)
